Compared with Google Workspace Business Starter, $7/user/month as listed at workspace.google.com, July 2026, annual billing.
Why this price holds
We own the mail infrastructure and we only build email — no suite to subsidize, no vendor seats resold at a markup, no AI roadmap your bill has to fund. $2/inbox is the model working, not a promo. And if it ever stops making sense for you, your mail is standard IMAP on your own domain: repoint and go.
Objections, answered straight
Seriously, what's the catch at $2?
The 'catch' is scope: we sell email and the tools around it, not a full office suite. If your team needs Docs, Meet and Drive under one bill, a suite is the right buy — and we'll say so.
Will my mail land in spam because it's cheap?
Deliverability is machinery, not price: DKIM, SPF and DMARC signed on your domain, Rspamd filtering, and server reputation we manage on infrastructure we own. See exactly how it works — the MX records are public.
What does early access cost?
Nothing. No credit card. Paid plans start when the platform is ready to charge for — and you'll know before anything changes.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail, or the Gmail app?
Yes — standard IMAP/SMTP means your mail works in whatever you already use, plus webmail in the browser.
What if Mailometer shuts down?
Your domain is yours and your mail is standard IMAP. Repoint your MX records, export your mail, done. That's the difference ownership makes — the exit door is part of the product.
Do you mine my mail for ads or AI training?
Our model is subscriptions, not surveillance. You pay for inboxes; that's the business. When AI agents ship, they work for you on your mail — they're a feature you use, not a dataset we harvest.
