Your team's email, off the per-seat treadmill

A 12-person team on Google Workspace Business Starter pays $84 a month — mostly for email. On Mailometer the same twelve inboxes are $24, on infrastructure we own, with aliases included.

The suite tax

You're not buying a suite. You're buying inboxes.

Half your team lives in the inbox and nowhere else in the suite. But every one of them is a full-price seat — and that price has jumped twice in three years, with an AI assistant added to the bill that nobody voted for. The frustration isn't the number. It's that someone else keeps deciding what you pay for.

The math, in the open

SeatsGoogle WorkspaceMailometer
5$35/mo$10/mo
12$84/mo$24/mo
30$210/mo$60/mo

Per inbox means you pay for mailboxes you actually create — not a license for every human. Aliases like info@ and billing@ are included.

Google Workspace Business Starter, $7/user/mo as listed at workspace.google.com, July 2026, annual billing. Mailometer: $2/inbox/mo.

Prices someone else can't "update"

Your mail runs on servers we own and operate — not repackaged Google or AWS seats where the platform's price hikes become ours. No AI bundled into your bill. When our agents ship, they're included, because they're part of the platform — not a $18-per-person surcharge.

How your team lands here

Step 1

Add your domain — we’re building the guided walkthrough that handles DKIM, SPF and DMARC with you, not a docs page at you.

Step 2

Create inboxes for the people (and addresses) that need them — $2 each, aliases free.

Step 3

Everyone keeps the mail app they already use — standard IMAP/SMTP, plus webmail out of the box.

Questions worth answering straight

Will our email land in spam at this price?

Deliverability comes from machinery, not from a big logo: DKIM, SPF and DMARC signed on your domain, Rspamd filtering, TLS, on infrastructure whose reputation we manage full-time. We run our own companies’ mail here — we feel spam-folder pain before you do.

What happens to Docs, Meet and Drive?

Keep them — genuinely. Plenty of teams pair free or existing tools with owned email. We sell email done right, not a suite replacement.

Can we leave if it’s not working?

Any day. Your domain is yours, your mail is standard IMAP — repoint your MX and take everything with you. You can leave without losing the address your clients know.
